Learn Ballet With Our Help

Ballet technique teaches the fundamentals and discipline of the body that translate to every style of dance. Dancers are placed in ballet classes per teacher recommendation and approval. Dancers will be challenged at each level of ballet and continue to build on their technique as they progress through the classes.

We are also proud to offer Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT).

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet.

Progressing Ballet Technique

Ages 6+

Dancers must have their own resistance bands (available in the Synergy Store for purchase).

Pre-Pointe

Ages 10+

This class is for ballet students who are preparing to go en pointe. Students will learn exercises to prepare and strengthen the feet and ankles for pointe work. Proper body alignment and at home practice will be stressed.

Pointe

By invitation only

Pointe is open to students who show mastery in the knowledge and technique of ballet and have shown the required strength to dance en pointe. Fundamentals of correct en pointe technique are taught.
