Dress Code
Please follow dress code information found on our website.
We strictly enforce our dress code for all dancers.
Dropping off and Picking up
Younger students need to be under parent or guardian supervision when entering and exiting the building.
Please be on time to pick up your child(ren). If you are consistently late picking up your child and we need to pay a staff member for the extra time, charges will be applied to your account
Personal Belongings
Synergy Dance Center, LLC or any of its staff members are NOT responsible for any students, parents, or visitor’s personal belongings. We encourage you to not bring any valuables to the studio
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, Synergy does not always follow the school district in our closings.
We try to make a decision to close for inclement weather ASAP to keep all safe. However, in some cases the weather turns bad once students are already at the studio.
In that case you will be called or emailed to pick up your child if you did not stay.
Where to find closing information:
1. An email will be sent by 3:00PM
2. The Synergy Social Media pages after 3:00PM
There will be no refunds for inclement weather cancellations
We ask for parents and students to use their best judgment. Your safety is our main concern.
Performances
A recital is held for all students at the end of the season. A recital fee is charged to cover costs not covered by tuition including theatre rental, sound and stage technicians and admin fees.
Students participating in recital will also pay a costume fee. Costumes are ordered and handed out by the studio. Costumes will include all accessories and tights.
Dancers not participating in the recital can inform our staff (via the costume and recital fee form emailed in the fall) if they will not be able to participate in the recital.
All account balances must be paid in full to participate in the recital.
Private Dance Lessons
If a student has a scheduled private lesson and needs to cancel, a parent must email the school at by NOON the day of the lesson. PLEASE ONLY EMAIL, NO CALLS. If you do not inform us by noon the day of the lesson or do not show up, you may be charged for the full amount of the lesson.
