Yoga Instructor: Specializing in Meditation, Yin, Flow and Hatha

Char combines her years of Yoga practice (since 2002) with her years of Yoga teaching (since 2012) to create classes that nurture the whole self. Through her guidance she empowers students to connect with their bodies, emotions and thoughts to provide them access to create their best life. Through her teaching, she skillfully leads others to powerfully connect with the conscious creators that they are. She focuses on sharing her wisdom through an effective, energetic, science-based approach to connect the physical body with the mastery of Self-Love and the genius of Emotional Intelligence.

 

Char also enjoys experiencing nature, gardening, practicing yoga, singing, reading and spending time connecting with her family and friends.
