Pumpkin Coloring Contest-

We are holding an October prize giveaway in the form of an art contest! Create your own Jack-O-Lantern and enter for a chance to win in one of 3 age categories. Pick up a pumpkin sheet entry form in the Synergy Store. Entries must be received by October 25th to take part in the contest. Good Luck to everyone! All entries will be displayed at the studio.

WEATHER/STUDIO CLOSINGS –

In the event of inclement weather, please check the studio website or Facebook page.  Synergy does not always follow the school in our closings.  As always we ask for parents and students to use their best judgment as your safety is our chief concern during these times. 

ABSENCES–

Students can make up classes missed during the same month of absence. No refund will be given for classes missed. Check in the Synergy Store for an appropriate make-up class.

RECITALS-

Synergy Dance Center Recitals will take place on June 8 & 9 2019 at Cannon Falls High School. These dates have been confirmed. We ask that you keep both days open for the recital weekend. Check the dates carefully as costume fees are non-refundable.

DRESS REHEARSAL –

Dress Rehearsals will be held the week of recital (June 3-7). There will be no classes held at the studio these nights. All dancers are required to attend dress rehearsal. An exact schedule for each class will be sent out at a later time. Dancers are required to wear their costumes and accessories for rehearsal, stage hair and makeup is not necessary. Dress rehearsals are closed as to minimize distractions and keep things moving along smoothly.  We also ask that you keep rehearsal dates open, as attendance is required for those participating in the recitals.

COSTUMES -

Costume fees vary by class and age. Costume fees will include one pair of tights and accessories.  All Classic Program classes will purchase 2 costumes. Twinkle Stars, Ballet, Pointe, Danceline, Hip-Hop, Modern, Musical Theater and Baton classes will purchase 1 costume. Companie dancers will purchase 1 costume for each style of dance.

 A deposit of 50% of the costume fee is due on October 27th. The remaining balance must be paid in full by November 15th. If costume fees are not paid in full, costumes cannot and will not be ordered.

Students will be measured for costumes during class time. Please return a costume form for each class. Forms will be sent for each class in a separate email. 

SHOES & TIGHTS -

Required shoes for each class are listed in the class descriptions found at the studio or on the website. All shoes should be sized and purchased through the studio (excluding Pointe shoes). All dancers will be required to have the studio brand and color of shoes for recital.

Tights should be worn to every class. Tights can be ordered and purchased through the studio. Colors of the required tights will be posted after costumes have been ordered. One pair of tights will be included with each costume ordered.

RECITAL FEE –

This $100.00 fee per family includes: 2 Recital Tickets, 1 Recital DVD and 1 Recital T-shirt per family (additional shirts may be ordered separately). See Recital Fee form for more details and family options

TICKETS - 

Recital ticket on-sale date will be announced closer to recital time. Tickets will be sold online.

Ticket price will be approximately $17.00

WITHDRAWAL-

Withdrawal from a class must be done in writing 30 days before actual withdrawal date. Charges will continue to be accessed until withdrawal form is completed and signed. Withdrawal forms are at front desk.  If your child is not having a positive experience at Synergy please communicate with our Director, Dana Riste or your child’s instructor – it is our goal to produce healthy, happy, educated dancers!
